High Quality Self-Wrapping Type Cauliflower. Apex brings high quality fall harvests of self-blanching cauliflower when planted in mid-July in Northern states. Start transplants inside in early June. The upright Apex cauliflower plants have tight wrapping jacket leaves, and the interior quality of the pure white heads is superior. Cell size is 1-1/2″ deep x 1.19″ diameter, large enough to plant directly into pots, containers, or the field after hardening off.
