Aquarius is a uniform, early maturing cauliflower. Its pure white heads make good weight and have a refined look. Strong erect plants produce round heads that are smooth and firm. Aquarius works well for plantings going from warm season into hot season, as the heads have strong tolerance to summer curd hairiness. It also makes a beautiful head when planted late summer for fall harvest.
