Kennebec – This large multi-purpose potato is attractive, with light tan skin, attractive white flesh, and uniform appearance. Kennebec is a nice oval potato with shallow eyes for easy washing, smooth peeling, and attractive presentation on the plate. These easily-grown main crop potato plants bring a high and dependable yield of large potatoes, and they resist blight and other diseases well.
Yukon Gold – These yellow skinned and golden fleshed potatoes are known for their great flavor and dry texture. Perfect any way you cook it – baked, boiled, mashed, or fried, Yukon Gold is a great all-purpose potato and a good keeper too. Early season 70-90 days to harvest.
Red Gold – Early variety (70 days) with high yields of medium sized 2 to 3″ round tubers. Red Gold has light red skin wrapped around a delicate yellow flesh. Excellent steamed, boiled, baked, fried, mashed, roasted or scalloped. Red Gold is resistant to leaf roll and PVY; moderate resistance to common scab.
