This select strain of Blue Hubbard is the largest of the hubbard type squash. Full vines yield blue-gray fruit that weigh 30-45 lbs. and have a classic hubbard shape. The fruit can get up to 20-30″ long and its flesh is of the highest quality, with a sweet, fine grained texture, and an orange color.
