The breeder of Vision sweet corn has incorporated resistance to the new strains of rust (Rp1-GDJ) and resistance to Maize Dwarf Mosaic into Vision MXR. Vision MXR sweet corn still has the same outstanding eating quality and sweetness that Vision has been known for. Its 7-1/2 to 8″ ears are set at 20″ on sturdy and clean 5-1/2′ plants. The ears are easy to snap and have an attractive dark green husk package that offers excellent tip cover and dark green flag leaves. Vision MXR’s ears fill well to the tip with 16-20 rows of bright yellow kernels. Isolation required.
