Deuce is a later maturing cabbage that produces extra-large heads. Its round heads can weigh up to 12 lbs. and have a beautiful blue green exterior color, white interiors, and short cores. Deuce is ideal for making sauerkraut because of its large size heads and density. This uniform variety also offers good holding ability, resistance to Fusarium Yellows and tolerance to tip burn.
