Delica is a high quality Kabocha type squash that has a dry flesh that gets sweeter in storage. Vigorous, full vine plants produce good yields of blocky-shaped fruit that are dark green in color, with thin light green stripes and flecks. Delica’s deep golden flesh has a rich, nutty flavor and is fine grained. The fruit can weigh up to 5 lbs. and store for months in peak condition.
