This is a unique winter squash, producing elongated 7 to 9″ fruit with a creamy colored background, striped and flecked with green. Distinctively sweet fruit are borne on a semi-vine plants and store short term. Delicata requires no curing and is recommended for stuffing or baking. A real eye-catcher for roadside stands and specialty markets.
