This full season supersweet yellow has superb sweetness and good corn flavor. Sturdy plants produce good yields of 8″ ears that have 14-18 rows of bright yellow kernels. It offers an attractive husk package that is well suited to local roadside or farmers’ market sales. Illini Xtra-Sweet has been noted to have good emergence and seedling vigor. Isolation required.
